1. Eligibility for Return
- Unboxing Video and Images Required: To qualify for a return, you must provide a video of the unboxing and images clearly highlighting the issue with the t-shirt.
- Returnable Issues:
- Damage: If the t-shirt fabric is damaged or the print quality is faulty when you unpack it, and the issue is confirmed to have occurred before delivery.
- Incorrect Size: If you received a size different from what you ordered (e.g., ordered Large but received Small or XL).
- Non-Returnable Issues:
- Design Dislike: Returns are not accepted if you simply do not like the design. Please ensure you are satisfied with the mockup before making a purchase.
- Size Issues: Returns for size-related concerns are not accepted, as a size chart is available before purchase.
2. Condition of the T-shirt
The t-shirt must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and without stains to be eligible for a return.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons, including:

- Gift Cards
4. Return Process
- Submit Your Request: Send the unboxing video, images of the issue, and a detailed description via email to support@fenixtee.com or WhatsApp us at +91 9474504027 within 3 days of receiving the t-shirt.
- Evaluation: Our team will review your submission. If your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
5. Return Conditions
- Inspection: Upon receiving the returned t-shirt, it will undergo an inspection. If the t-shirt shows signs of wear, has been washed, or has stains, the return will be rejected, and the t-shirt will be sent back to you without a refund.
- Refunds: Once the returned item passes inspection, we will process the refund. Successful refunds will take 7-10 working days to reflect in your bank account. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@fenixtee.com.
6. No Exchanges
Exchange Policy: We do not offer exchanges. If you want a different t-shirt, please place a new order after your return has been processed.
7. Return Period
3-Day Window: You must initiate a return request within 3 days of receiving the t-shirt. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
