Important Return Information
- Return Deadline:
Please ensure the product is returned within 3 days from the date you received it. - Condition of the T-shirt:
The t-shirt must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and without stains to be eligible for a return.
Eligibility for Return
- Unboxing Video and Images Required:
To help us process your return smoothly, please include an unboxing video and images that clearly show the issue with the t-shirt.
Returnable Issues:
- Damage:
If the t-shirt fabric is damaged or the print quality is faulty upon unpacking, and the issue is confirmed to have occurred before delivery. - Incorrect Size:
If you received a size different from what you ordered (e.g., ordered Large but received Small or XL).
Non-Returnable Issues:
- Design Dislike:
We kindly ask that you ensure you’re happy with the design before purchasing, as returns cannot be accepted for design preferences. - Size Issues:
Since a size chart is available before purchase, we are unable to accept returns for size-related concerns.
