Once you approve the mockup and complete payment — in full, or via the ₹100 COD advance — we get started on printing right away. Delivery across India typically takes a few business days depending on your location.
Nothing is printed until you approve the mockup on WhatsApp. If it's not right, we'll adjust the crop, position or size and send a new version — no extra charge for reasonable revisions.
No. You can order a single mug or a single keychain — there's no minimum quantity on any personalised gift.
Yes. COD is available on personalised orders. Since every piece is made specifically for you, we ask for a ₹100 advance payment to confirm the order before printing begins — the remaining balance is collected on delivery, with a ₹60 COD handling fee added. You can also pay the full amount upfront to skip the COD fee.
A clear, well-lit photo without heavy compression works best. If your photo is too low-resolution for the size you've picked, we'll flag it before printing so you can send a better version.
Since every piece is made specifically for you, personalised items can't be returned for a change of mind. If it arrives damaged or doesn't match the approved mockup, we'll reprint or refund it.
